Another
Day for Gray
Get to know Jennifer and Nick Tullio who are fighting to raise awareness and find a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy to benefit their son Grayson. Another Day for Gray is a fund set up through the Community Foundation of Sarasota to give to those organizations that make a difference for boys with Duchenne. Organizations include Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the Miracle League.
Humane Society of Lakewood Ranch
The Humane Society of Lakewood Ranch began with four people and a fierce desire to help save homeless animals in Manatee County. The HSLWR’s first rescue pup was a 150 pound mastiff housed at a founding Board member’s private home and a new rescue and shelter organization was born! Soon, The Humane Society of Lakewood Ranch was providing food, shelter, and medical care to six dogs! The HSLWR is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides a safe haven for companion animals in need until a loving, forever home can be found.
