2019 Holiday 5K Triple Challenge
Are you a running enthusiast looking forward to incredible opportunities? Come run with us in the 2019 Holiday 5K Triple Challenge to explore your strength and feel the freedom! You will also receive an astounding medal created by the providers for the Boston Marathon.
In order to be a part of the 2019 Holiday 5K Triple Challenge, you need to register and compete individually in three out of the following four runs:
1) LIFE; STORY 5K/10K
Organized by Life; Story for Depression Awareness and Suicide Awareness, this run will take place on September 21, 2019 at Nathan Benderson Park. This is a wildcard event; your pace time for this 5K run will be calculated and added to your total time for the 3 races. For more details and registration, click here!
2) BOO RUN 5K
The 16th annual 5K run will start at 8:30 a.m, on October 26, 2019, at Lakewood Ranch Main Street. This will be the first race to take place for your Triple Challenge. A fabulous after-party hosted by First Watch Restaurant will also be arranged for the participants. To fill out the registration form, click here!
3) TIDWELL HOSPICE TURKEY TROT
This stroller- and pet-friendly run will take place on November 23, 2019, at the Lakewood RanchMain Street, 8 a.m onwards. The Thanksgiving-themed race will the second race in the Triple Challenge. The event will be followed by an amazing after party and award ceremony distribution. For more details and to register, click here!
4) THE JINGLE 5K
The 7th annual Jingle run will start at 7 p.m, on December 20, 2019, at Lakewood Ranch
Main Street. Followed by a great after-party with live music and a bar, this run will mark the end of the 2019 Holiday 5K Triple Challenge. The participants will also receive fabulous Jingle 5k Leslie Jordan shirts. For registration details and form, click here.
Finally comes the 5k Triple Crown Race Course!
The contestants will leave the Health Parkway start/finish line and proceed to take a right north on the Town Center. They will come across a water stop at the 77th Terrace on Town Center. Runners will move north towards a run-around at Town Center and River Run, and will continue moving towards the outside north bound lane moving south. Finally, the contestants will take a left turn and the race will come to an end on the Health Parkway, where an incredible after party awaits!
The results will be posted on www.coolrunning.com and the award distribution will commence on Lakewood Ranch Main Street. The race timings will be recorded by the Fit2Time Race Service.
