General Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement for Sponsors
All sponsors participating in any event(s) related to Fit2Run, Lakewood Ranch Running Club, Another Day for Gray, Humane Society of LWR, and FCCI Services, Inc. (including any subsidiaries or affiliates of the foregoing) (hereafter known as the “event”) are required to, and hereby do, assume all risks associated with their participation by signing this General Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement.
In consideration of this sponsorship, I, for myself, my heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, and assigns hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims against Fit2Run, The Runner’s Superstore, Robinson Sports, Inc., Another Day for Gray, FCCI Services, Inc. (including any subsidiaries or affiliates of the foregoing), and all entities involved in conducting this event, including their employees, representatives, successors, and volunteers, for any and all damages or injuries I may suffer in connection with my sponsorship.
By providing my email address, I agree to receive marketing emails from Fit2Run and understand that I may unsubscribe at any time. I grant Fit2Run, Another Day for Gray, and Humane Society of LWR, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of my property in connection with the above-identified event. I authorize Fit2Run, Another Day for Gray, and Humane Society of LWR, and their assigns and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Fit2Run, Another Day for Gray, and Humane Society of LWR may use such photographs with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Sponsorship commitments are final. In the event of cancellation of the race due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather conditions), the race may be rescheduled to a later date. If the race is rescheduled, sponsors will still receive the benefits of sponsorship as agreed upon. If rescheduling is not possible, sponsorship contributions will not be refunded.
SPONSOR HAS READ THE FOREGOING AND INTENTIONALLY AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNS THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT.
